PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure and correct delay time before and after repeated actions and upon switching to eliminate effects of delay time precision in repeated measuring followed by reversion of transmission and reception on measuring precision. SOLUTION: Before repeated actions, a delay time control means 21 actuates a delay means 16, and action time is measured by a delay time measuring means 17. Delay time is similarly measured when a switching means 23 is actuated, and when a series of the repeated actions are completed after the reversion of transmission and reception, to provide three values.
