PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent all the users from randomly changing information on a common address book, and to allow all the users to seize the changed content in providing the common address book usable by a plurality of users. SOLUTION: When the user using the common address book indicates renewal of data on the common address book, renewal content notice made on the basis of the indicated renewal content and requiring permission of renewal, is formed to a controller. When the renewal of the common address book by the renewal content is permitted by the controller, the common address book is renewed on the basis of the renewal content.
