PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem for an electronic circuit module that it is hard to make it smaller and thinner than the minimum limit of 5 mm in length and width and 10 mm in height. SOLUTION: This electronic circuit module has; an insulating magnetic component 20 compression molded using metal magnetic powder and binder; a coil 10 having a wound wire 11 buried inside the magnetic component 20 and a plurality of leads 13, 14 led out from the wire 11; a printed circuit board 40 with electronic components 45 mounted on its conductor pattern and secured on the magnetic material 20; and a plurality of terminal electrodes 30 attached to the magnetic material 20 and connected to the conductor pattern. The leads 13, 14 of the coil 10 are connected to the conductor pattern on the printed circuit board 40 or to the terminal electrode 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
