The appliance (16) for re-fixing the replacement skull-cap (12) consists of a circular head, main body, and at least one round cutting edge placed against the main body and possessing at least one flattened side. The head contains a slot or cross-shaped slit (14) for a screw-driver. The head consists of an elongated plate with hexagon insert bit especially protruding from the center of the plate.
