PURPOSE: An apparatus capable of manufacturing pipe for vinyl house having reinforced resistance against deformation compared to ordinary circular cross sectional shaped pipe, and a manufacturing method of the pipe using the apparatus are provided. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for manufacturing pipe forming the frame of vinyl house, the manufacturing apparatus of pipe for vinyl house comprises a workpiece supply unit(210) for supplying a metal sheet; a molding unit(220) for molding the metal sheet in such a non-circular pipe shape(100) that at least one or more parts of the circular circumference of cross sectional shape of the pipe are indented by continuously deforming the metal sheet step by step as rolling up both end parts of the supplied metal sheet; a welding unit(230) for welding both end parts of the pipe coming out of the molding unit; and a cutting unit(240) for cutting the welded pipe to a certain length, wherein the molding unit comprises a series of dies(221 to 228) equipped with stepwise deformation shapes ranging from initial sheet shape to final non-circular cross sectional pipe shape(100) and sequentially arranged along a proceeding direction of the metal sheet so that the metal sheet is continuously molded into the final non-circular cross sectional shape as it passes through the dies, and wherein the welding unit comprises guide rollers(231), and welding machine(232).
