<p>A visible image forming device for forming a two- or three-dimensional image in the air though the path of the scanned laser beam cannot be viewed by the viewers. The visible image forming device is characterized by comprising a laser light source for emitting a laser beam in an invisible range, scanning means for scanning a laser beam two- or three-dimensionally, a focusing optical system for focusing the laser beam on a place in the air where an image is to be formed so as to cause the gas to do plasma emission, and control means for controlling the oscillation timing of the laser light source and the timing of the scanning by the scanning means so as to form a visible image by use of the after image of the emission caused in time series at the place where the image is formed.</p> |
