The invention relates to a moving-coil electrodynamic motor, particularly for a loudspeaker, the moving-coil formed by a winding (5, 15, 25, 35, 55) with a given number of turns fixed to an acoustic membrane (6, 16). The motor comprises at least one magnet (3, 13, 23, 33, 53) arranged between an anterior pole piece (2, 12, 22, 32, 52) and a posterior pole piece (4, 4', 14, 14', 24, 34, 34', 54), the anterior pole piece and the posterior pole piece enclosing the magnetic field within a gap defined on a first side by a first edge and on a second side by a second edge, the moving coil being arranged in said gap. According to the invention, the gap is split, at least one of the edges of said gap comprising a groove (30), said groove being arranged essentially parallel to the turns, whereby the edge has a first posterior surface of height (E1), separated from a second anterior surface of height (E2) by the groove of height (C), the groove forming a recessed zone relative to the first surface and the second surface, the coil having a height (HB) which is less than or equal to the height (E1+C+E2) of the split gap and the groove (30) having an continuous closed internal ring made from electrically conducting material. The invention further relates to a loudspeaker and a pole piece.
|
