FIELD: electrical engineering; manufacture of granular-filler fuses. SUBSTANCE: method involves vibration of fuse body, introduction of granular filler therein, additional application of compressive force to granular filler along longitudinal axis of fuse at the same time subjecting it to impact shaking in direction perpendicular to longitudinal axis of fuse. Device implementing this method has operating mechanism incorporating vibrating member joined with frame and coupled with granular filler locking mechanism accommodating compressing rod and its vertical displacement gear. Device is provided with impact shaking mechanism that has striker with head and arm, and operating mechanism. The latter ensures reciprocation of tractive cleat coupled thereto. Striker is disposed above tractive cleat, its arm end is hinged to frame and has spring that presses its head to fuse body. Striker arm carries latching member and tractive cleat is provided with stop actuating the latching member. EFFECT: enhanced uniformity of granular filler density throughout entire space of fuse. 3 cl, 3 dwg |
