The prosthesis (1) has a cylindrical tube having two sections (2,3) axially adjacent to each other. Spring elements (11,11',11) are provided only at the section (3), while section (2) is only formed by flexible material of tube and extends to proximal end of tube. The spring element can be compressed in radial direction of tube and in relaxed state keeps the tube over section (3) during an open state. The cylindrical tube is made of flexible material and has a proximal end (121). Independent claims are included for the following: (a) a delivery device for placing stent-prosthesis in blood vessel; (b) a delivery set for delivering stent-prosthesis to lumen of blood vessel; (c) a method for simultaneous replacement of a portion of the bow of aorta and preventive treatment of a portion of thoracic aorta; (d) and a method for delivering aorta-stent-prosthesis
