A flexible printed circuit board-fixing adhesive sheet including: a base; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on at least one surface of the base and containing an acrylic-based copolymer, and an aluminum-based crosslinker, the acrylic-based copolymer containing (meth)acrylic alkyl ester having an alkyl group with 4 to 14 carbon atoms as a main monomer component and containing a functional group in one molecular. The functional group contained in the acrylic-based copolymer may be derived from a functional group contained in a functional group-containing copolymerizable monomer as a copolymerizable monomer component. The ratio of the amount of the functional group-containing copolymerizable monomer to the total amount of monomer components may be selected to be in a range of from 0.1 % by weight to 10 % by weight. Preferably, the base is a heat-resistant film allowed to be used continuously at a temperature of not lower than 100 DEG C.
