The arrangement has two mutually relatively rotatable connector parts (10,12) and a transfer element (16) for making an electrically conducting connection between the connector parts. The connector parts are formed by coaxial contact sleeves. A slip contact body in the annular gap (14) between the sleeves and in contact with at least one sleeve forms a transfer element. Independent claims are also included for the following: a multiple rotary contact for connecting the protective conductor for a cable drum and a cable drum with an inventive multiple rotary contact.
