PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the releasing of a formed mold from a portion where a recessed part is formed without causing a crack in the vulcanized forming of a rubber elastic body by relieving a stress and a strain produced in the rubber elastic body at the deepest part of the recessed part to increase a durability. SOLUTION: The rubber elastic body 3 comprises a body part 31 provided between a shaft-like body part 11 and a tubular body part 21, a tilted connection part 32 provided between a tilted projected part 12b and a tilted bent part 22, a first recessed part 34 axially passing through the body part 31 and extending to the tilted connection part 32, and a first stopper part 38 projecting to the first recessed part 34 from the outer peripheral side of the body part 31 toward the inner peripheral side. A first large hollow part 34a extended to the radial outer side of the projected end face of the first stopper part 38 is provided at the deepest part of the first recessed part 34 on the tilted connection part 32 side, and a tilted surface gradually tilting to the radial outer side from the first large hollow part 34a side toward the opening side of the first recessed part 34 is provided at the projected tip surface of the first stopper part 38.
