<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair lifter device for a railroad vehicle simplified in structure and having a small housing space. <P>SOLUTION: The wheelchair lifter device 2 for the railroad vehicle enabling the getting on and off of a wheelchair is equipped with boarding plate 11 on which the wheelchair is placed, a jack mechanism 21 raised and lowered on a platform 10 while holding the boarding plate 11 to a horizontal state, a horizontal guide frame 50 extending to the region above the platform 10 from the getting on and off port 1 of the vehicle to support the jack mechanism 21 in a parallely movable manner between the inside of the vehicle and the platform 10 and a housing mechanism 49 for housing the horizontal guide frame 50 in the vehicle in an inverted state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
