PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To position and clamp various kinds of works by one kind of positioning clamping device. SOLUTION: This positioning clamping device comprises a plurality of conical positioning members 15 respectively inserted into a plurality of pin insertion holes 14 formed on a work W for positioning the work, abutting parts (seat ring) respectively mounted on a rear end part of each positioning member 15 and seated on a peripheral edge part of each pin insertion hole, a clamp member located inside of the positioning member (positioning pin 15) at a lowered position, and displaced to a clamping position of a holding face at the circumference of the pin insertion holes 14 of the work W at a raised position, and a base (mounting base, unit base 3a) for mounting the clamp member, and the positioning member can be raised and lowered to the base.
