<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle packaging member having a water drip function without any bulky state while using a soft packaging bag which can easily be disposed after its use. <P>SOLUTION: A moisture permeable bottom tape 3 folded into two segments with its upper folded segment being placed up is held in a shorter length than a lateral width of a main body film below the front and rear two films 1, 2. Both end edges overlapped in a longitudinal direction of the main body film and the bottom tape are overlapped in such a way that a seal width of the bottom tape may become substantially half seal width of the seal width of the main body film, resulting in that a side seal segment 11 is formed. Its lateral direction part is sealed in a standing pouch manner to form a bottom tape seal section 12. Instant noodle 30 is filled above the bottom tape, an upper end edge is sealed in a lateral direction to form a top seal section 13. Both end edges below the bottom tape are sealed in the same width as that above the bottom tape.
