PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain cover of a wheelchair having a good appearance and retractility. SOLUTION: In the rain cover of a wheelchair mounted to a seatback frame erected at the rear of a seat, a U-shaped rear frame 10 in which vertical frames 11 on both sides are detachably mounted to the seatback frame 5 and the upper ends of the vertical frames 11 are connected by a horizontal frame, a U-shaped front frame 15 in which the upper ends of the vertical frames 16 on both sides, the bases of which are pivoted to the vertical frames 11, are connected by a horizontal frame, a bellows 20 made of a transparent sheet, the front end and the rear end of which are attached to the front frame and the rear frame 10, and surrounding both sides and a part above a seat 3.
