PURPOSE:To obtain an eccentric rolling-down device of a shape steel setting roll, which has a function for simultaneously setting a web and a flange of shape steel, by manufacturing a quality of material of an eccentric sleeve by means of deposition of a bearing metallic material of a nonferrous compound, etc., and constituting so that bearings of the inside and outside surfaces are formed as one body and are used. CONSTITUTION:A material to be set 1 is set by making it pass through between plural upper roll units 2 and lower roll units 3 placed zigzag in the upper and lower parts. As for this unit 3, two web rolls 15 are symmetrically placed in the center part of a roll sleeve 5, an inner sleeve 9 is installed to both its ends, the roll 15 and the sleeve 9 are constituted so that they can rotate as one body with the roll sleeve 5, and also a bearing material of a non-ferrous compound is deposited onto the outside circumferential part of the sleeve 9, or a coated eccentric bearing 11 is installed. In this state, a flange reforming roll 14 is set to a prescribed position, the material to be set 1 is made to pass through between the rolls 15, and after that, a rolling-down cylinder for flanges is operated, the roll 14 is brought into contact with the flange end face, and a prescribed setting load is provided. |
