PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a special operation course independently from a normal operation course, to prevent a general user from easily operating the special operation course, and to allow the operation not to be complicated even for a person who uses the special operation course in the production plant or a selling office. SOLUTION: A display means 20 displays contents which are set by an input switch 19 for setting an operation time for each of washing, rinsing, and drying, etc. A control means 12 successively controls a series of processes of washing, rinsing, and drying based on the contents set by the input switch 19. A storage means 18 stores and holds data for giving an indication to permit/prohibit the special operation course which is separated from the normal operation course. The control means 12 operates the special operation course which is independent of the normal operation course when the contents stored in the storage means 18 are special operation permitting data and also a plurality of input switches 19 are simultaneously depressed immediately after energizing by a power source input switch 17 for supplying a power source.
