PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medal sending out device capable of sending out medals fed in a large quantity. SOLUTION: This medal sending out device is provided with: a base part 4 provided with a medal rail part 4a for moving medals; a medal discharging port 6a formed at the end side of the medal rail part 4a; a medal receiving part 8 formed below the medal rail part 4a for receiving the medals; a sliding member 5 moving vertically along the base part 4; and a driving part for driving the sliding member 5. Recessed parts according to the external shape of the medals are formed at the upper edge of the sliding member 5.
