PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate three-dimensional element data from two-dimensional element data concerning an electronic game or a simulation.
SOLUTION: When the electronic game or the simulation, etc., is performed by using equipment which is similar to or mounted on the real one, an optical sensor, etc., is used for detecting the movement of the similar equipment or the mounted equipment. The width and length of a light are changed by time difference when the light passes a predetermined place concerning the movement of the optical sensor. Thus, the vertical and horizontal, etc., movements of the similar equipment or the equipment mounted on the real one are simultaneously judged. Consequently, three-dimensional elements are measured, so that the electronic game and the simulation are performed to have results which are more close to the real ones.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
|
