The connection device (1) lies between corresponding electrical contacts (1,2) of an electrical or electronic component (13) and its substrate (14), the respective contacts being positioned and fixed three-dimensionally w.r.t. each other. The two contacts lie at a given distance (10) from each other and the space between the contacts are magnetically and electrically conductive particles (5). Provided on each contact surface is a flat hard magnetic material and electrically conductive layers (3,4), these magnetic layers are being of mutually opposite polarity. The particles, due to the oppositely polarised magnetic layers provide magnetic bridges which through connections with the opposite contacts permits electrical current to flow. Respective electrically conductive layers (6,7) are provided on the magnetic layers.
