PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method by which coating steps and production time can be saved. SOLUTION: The coating method comprises an electrodeposition step 11 of applying an electrodeposition coating material to an object to be coated, a half-curing step 12 of half-curing the electrodeposition coating film, an intermediate coating step 13 of applying an intermediate coating material on the electrodeposition coating film, and an intermediate coating baking step 14 of simultaneously baking the electrodeposition coating film and the intermediate coating film.
