PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal opening of a front frame as a result of unlocking of a locking apparatus due to illegal operation. SOLUTION: The locking apparatus comprises a first locking apparatus and a second locking apparatus. The first locking apparatus is provided with a first locking plate at the end edge on the opening side of the front frame in the state of being orthogonal to its front surface and being movable vertically or rotatable, and a lock piece formed at an outer frame is disengageably engaged with a first hook piece formed at the first locking plate, and the front frame can be opened by disengaging. The second locking apparatus is provided with a second locking plate at the end edge on the opening side of the front frame in the state of being nearly parallel to its front surface and being movable vertically or rotatable, and is provided with a second hook piece at the end edge of the opening end of a glass frame in the state of being nearly orthogonal to its front surface. The second hook piece is disengageably engaged to the second locking plate through the front frame, and the glass frame can be opened by disengaging. The first locking plate is provided with a disengaging stopping piece 22 for stopping disengaging of the first locking plate and the lock piece 7 by being abutted on the second hook piece when the first locking plate is moved vertically or rotated in the direction of the opening operation of the front frame in the state of closing the glass frame.
