PURPOSE: An aroma generating device using a cigar jack is provided which has an aroma cartridge mounted and is used universally regardless of the position of cigar jacks of vehicles of various types by using an angle-adjustable aromatic agent plug. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a plug body(5) which has a rod portion(1) and a plurality of terminal parts(3); a rotary member(7) which is connected to the end of the plug body and forms a horizontal portion as being rotated at an angle for plugging the plug body into a cigar jack; an aroma cartridge(14) which has a wick(13); an angle adjusting unit which connects the plug body and the rotary member and adjusts a rotary angle; a switching unit which is mounted in the rotary member and turns on/off for electrical connection with the rod portion; and a heat generating unit which is disposed in the rotary member and generates heat by a power selectively applied according to the on/off operation of the switching unit to fumigate an aroma liquid in the aroma cartridge.
