PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing an individual Internet telephone book are provided to enable a user to manage the telephone numbers anytime and anywhere through a cellular phone by offering a web site to register the individual telephone number on the Internet and storing the telephone number stored in the cellular phone to the web site. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the wire/wireless Internet(11), A data terminal(11a) for inputting data, and an individual telephone book management site(13) for transmitting/receiving the information request from the data terminal(11a). A web server(14) displays the information on the wire/wireless Internet. A database server(15) stores the personal information and the individual telephone number transferred from the web server(14) in a database.
