PURPOSE: A portable electrodeless electromagnetic wave plasma torch is provided to generate efficiently plasma by using a wave guide instead of applying high voltage to both ends of electrodes. CONSTITUTION: The portable electrodeless electromagnetic wave plasma torch comprises: a multitude of wave guides(18-a, 18-b, 18-c) for generating plasma instead of applying high voltage to both ends of electrodes; a radio wave oscillator(22) for using 0.6 to 2 kilo watts as the capacity of magnetron; and an electric wave multiplier(24) for supplying the power to the magnetron.
