PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce adhesion failure in a manufacturing stage to a large extent and to enhance appearance. SOLUTION: A heat insulating material 7 is provided in the molding space in a mold 9 along the inner surface of the mold, an aluminum foil surface sheet material 6 is positioned on the underside of the heat insulating material 7, and a heat shielding layer 3 on a low temperature side is positioned on the heat insulating material 7. A foamable resin raw material having the same material as the heat insulating material 7 is injected in this state to be foamed to integrate the surface sheet material 6, the heat insulating material 7 and the heat shielding layer 3 with a heat shielding layer 2 on an ordinary temperature side comprising a foamed resin material. Gas venting holes 7a-7c of gas generated at the time of foaming of the foamed resin material are made in the heat insulating material 7 at the regions corresponding to the corner parts of the mold 9. |
