PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a great reduction in processing yield and low productivity caused by frequent slackening or peeling-off in a joined portion in subsequent work such as cutting, polishing or heat treatment because the crystallization state of a low-melting crystallized glass after lamination is not complete. SOLUTION: In a magnetic core in which both sides of a metal magnetic layer 1 are held between nonmagnetic substrates 2, a composite substrate on which the glass 5 is formed is temporarily burned at a temperature with which the crystal nucleus of the glass 5 is formed on at least one of the nonmagnetic substrates 2 on which metal magnetic layers 1 are deposited, and such composite substrates are laminated and subjected to pressure heating to form a laminated block.
