POWDER METERING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder metering apparatus which restrains its zero point from being deviated and which can perform a precise metering operation. SOLUTION: The powder metering apparatus comprises a container 1; a fixed support member 2 at one end; a movable support member 3 at the other end which is attached to the container 1 and to which weight is applied; a beam member 4 which is installed between the support members and which is composed of an elastic body; a fixed-support-side detection plate 2a one end of which is attached to the fixed support member and which is extended horizontally; a movable-support-side detection plate 3a which is extended horizontally in the lower part of the detection plate 2a; an input rod 5a whose lower end is fixed to the rear surface of the detection plate 3a and which is passed through, and mounted on, bored holes in the detection plate 3a and the detection plate 2a in a noncontact state; and a load cell 5 which is attached to a tip of the input rod 5a via a terminal. A plumb hob 6 which is used to attenuate a vibration applied to the container 1 is attached to a side opposite to a side to which the support member 3 at the container 3 is attached.
