<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber connector that enables an optical fiber cord to be easily fixed while relaxing a lateral pressure imparted to the optical fiber. <P>SOLUTION: Grooved band holders 30a, 30b, 30c are formed on the outer periphery of the connector body 21 which is connected to the opposite optical connector while holding the end of the optical fiber cord 10. The grooved band holders 30a, 30b, 30c are designed to have recessed grooves 31a, 31b, 31c into which a belt-like bundled band body 50 can be fitted. The grooved band holders are wound on the outer periphery of the connector body 21 so that the bundled band body 50 is stored in the recessed grooves 31a, 31b, 31c, and are fixedly held on a target member 60 to be attached. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
