PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry reversible display advertisement device whose structure is simple and whose cost is low and whose size can be easily made large and also whose power consumption is small and moreover which is excellent in visibility in the bright outdoors and the like and whose thinning is possible. SOLUTION: This reversible display advertisement device is constituted by arranging a plurality of display elements 1 each of which is constituted by sealing two kinds of dry particles 6, 7 whose colors and static electric characteristics are different between a transparent substrate 3 and a counter substrate 4 and also by arranging two kinds of electrodes 8, 9 which apply static electric fields to these particles and whose polarities are different at the side of the counter substrate while making these display elements 1 to be lined up and by enabling prescribed polarities to be applied to respective electrodes 8, 9 of each display element 1.
