PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance drivability or the like by setting an appropriate fuel injection time (fuel injection amount) corresponding to an increase/decrease of a flow rate of air flowing into a cylinder of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A flow rate FQ of air flowing into a cylinder of an internal combustion engine is calculated from a map making a throttle opening TA from a throttle opening sensor and a suction bottom pressure PMB as the lowest suction pressure from a suction pressure sensor every at one combustion cycle of the internal combustion engine as parameters (Step S104). In this map, as the throttle opening TA advances to a low opening area, a knurled gap is finely set. According to the flow rate FQ of air by this map, since the final fuel injection time TAU fed to the internal combustion engine is accurately calculated, drivability, fuel consumption and emission can be enhanced.
