PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create examination questions in variety of expressions and to allow an examinee to efficiently answer the questions in an examination using a computer. SOLUTION: This examination question providing device is constituting of an examination question creation server 101 that stores a plurality of contents by combining document information constituting one of examination questions created by a first application and graphic or image information constituting one of examination questions created by a second application different from first application software to be used as one content, a terminal 103 for editing examination questions that edits the contents and a terminal 104 for examinee having a display control part 322 that controls a display picture 320 and displays the contents by prescribed layout, the display control part 322 displays the document information by the first application and displays the graphic information or the image information by the second application.
