PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic material that is capable of generating light emission of high luminance by applying electric current and provided an element using the same. SOLUTION: The subject organic electroluminescent material includes an organic compound represented by formula (1) (wherein Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 are identical or different from one another, and each independently denotes an unsubstituted or substituted aryl group or heterocyclic aryl group; R1, R2, R3 and R4 are identical or different from one another, and each independently denotes an alkyl, a cycloalkyl, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group or a heterocyclic aryl group), and the subject organic electroluminescent element has an organic layer consisting of the electrouminescent material disposed between a positive and a negative electrodes.
