PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed air cooling system whose cooling capacity in the cabinet of a computer is increased. SOLUTION: A cabinet 300 having CPU packages 110 as heating parts is tightly closed. Dry and low temperature air made in an expander 500 is circulated, and a temperature in the cabinet 300 is lowered and cooled. Dry and low temperature air is made in the expander 500 and is blown out from air entrance pipes 210 disposed in fin boards 200 and is made to directly collide with the CPU packages 110 or heat sinks which are brought into close contact with the CPU packages 110 so as to cool it. For improving cooling effect, fins are disposed in the heat sinks which are brought into close contact with the CPU packages 110. The inside of the cabinet 300 is cooled by low temperature air flowing out from a channel constituted of the fin boards opposite to substrates 120, and air returns to the compressor of the expander.
