<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the utilization efficiency of heat, and also to improve economic efficiency when requiring operation of a gas boiler by lack of a quantity of heat, when requiring hot water supply from a first heat consuming apparatus for continuously supplying hot water. <P>SOLUTION: When requiring the hot water supply from the first heat consuming apparatus for continuously supplying the hot water, when determining that the quantity of heat lacks in a preset time since the total quantity of heat by adding the sum total of a heat supply quantity by a storage hot water supply quantity specifying means 29 and a storage hot water quantity detected by a storage hot water quantity detecting means 23 is smaller than the sum total of a heat demand quantity by a heat demand specifying means 28, and when determining that there is a second heat demand for supplying heat to a second heat consuming apparatus intermittently supplied with the hot water in the preset time by a second heat demand determining means 32, the heat obtained by starting the gas boiler 21 is used for supplying the hot water to the first heat consuming apparatus by a backup control means 33 before the heat shortage occurs, and copes with a second heat demand thereafter by supplying the hot water from a hot water storage tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
