PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink whose radiation efficiency is satisfactory. SOLUTION: In the heat sink 5, multiple radiation fins 1 orthogonal with the axial direction of a heat pipe 4 are arranged at one end of the heat pipe 4 in parallel by leaving prescribed intervals, the gap between the fins are blasted in a constant direction and heat is radiated from the fins. Upper ends in a direction orthogonal with the blasting direction of the radiation fins 1 are made to be plane parts 3A, and ventilation holes 3 are disposed in the parts. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
