PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing the insulated coil of a dynamo- electric machine, which gives the worker better work environment and also hardens the impregnating resin of a coil and guarantees the quality of a product. SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing the insulated coil of a dynamo-electric machine, which forms an insulating layer by winding a mica tape on a coil conductor and impregnates the coil with resin by vacuumization under pressurization and molds the coil impregnated with resin, using a jig for molding by hardening, and then hardens the resin of the coil conductor by baking thereby forming an insulated coil, the insulated coil is manufactured via a winding process (step 1), a thermoshrinking tape winding process (step 2), an impregnation process by vacuumization under pressurization (step 3), a resin baking process (step 4), and a jig disassembly finishing process (step 5) when manufacturing the insulated coil.
