PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel and a structure for mounting the floor panel, which allow a level of the floor panel to be adjusted from a side above a floor by one person. SOLUTION: A bolt 11 is provided in a beam 1 in such a manner that a screw part 11a of the bolt 11 is protruded upward. A high unit 13 is screwed into the screw part 11a. A disciform seat 13a is fixed to a lower part of the high nut 13 by welding. A rubber isolator 14 is mounted on the seat 13a. The floor panel 2, in which the high nut 13 is inserted into a through-hole 2c thereof, is supported by the seat 13a. In this state, the seat 13a is moved up and down by turning the high nut 13 by means of a wrench 20, so that the level of the floor panel 2 can be adjusted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
