LASER LINK STRUCTURE AND FUSE BOX EMPLOYING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser link structure, and a fuse box employing it, in which the area of the fuse box is reduced by preventing crack at the upper part and the energy window of laser beam can be enlarged.

SOLUTION: The laser link structure comprises a plurality of first conductive line patterns arranged at specified intervals, and second conductive line patterns formed widely on the first conductive line patterns except hole regions for linking with the first conductive line patterns. At least one hole region is preferably formed on each first conductive line pattern and a via hole is preferably made in the hole region.
