PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device for power receiving device which allows a power receiving device to be inspected and monitored in safety with efficiency. SOLUTION: In monitoring, the switching time of a circuit breaker in the power receiving device is detected by a status sensor, and further the temperature of a transformer is detected. The result of the switching time detection is compared with a reference value at a comparing portion, and if the result of the comparison indicates that the result of the switching time detection is equal to or higher than the reference value, an alarm is given from a notifying portion. Further, based on the result of the transformer temperature detection and maintenance information, the timing of replacement of the transformer is computed at a computing portion. In inspection, the circuit breaker, an electromagnetic contactor, an electromagnetic contactor, and the like are subjected to switch opening/closing control in predetermined inspecting order by an inspection process controlling portion to judge whether there is any anomaly in switching operation.
