PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid detergent composition having excellent permeability into fibers, realizing excellent detergency even when mechanical force is small, obtaining excellent texture after washing and having excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: This liquid detergent composition is characterized by comprising (a). a sulfated unsaturated fatty acid salt or a fatty acid salt, (b). a nonionic surfactant represented by formula (1), wherein the EO (ethylene oxide) content in the molecule of formula (1) is 10-35 wt.%, (c). a nonionic surfactant represented by formula (2), wherein the EO content in the molecule of formula (2) is 50-70 wt.%, wherein (a) is 1-20 wt.%, (b+c) is 10-50 wt.%, (b/c) is 1/15 to 10/1. formula (1): R<SP>1</SP>(BO)p(EO)q (wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is an 8-24C alkyl, alkenyl or acyl; BO is butylene oxide; EO is ethylene oxide; (p) and (q) are each an average additional moler number and (p) is 1-5 and (q) is 1-5.) formula (2): R<SP>2</SP>(BO)x(EO)y (wherein, R<SP>2</SP>is a 8-24C alkyl, alkenyl or acyl; BO is butylene oxide; EO is ethylene oxide; and (x) and (y) are each an average additional molecular number, and (x) is 1-5 and (y) is 6-20.).
