PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation panel of a heat cooker, improved in operability and visibility so as to be convenient to a user. SOLUTION: The heat cooker has: a heat cooker body; a first input means for selecting one of a plurality of cooking methods by rotating a dial; a second input means for rotating a dial to set details of the cooking method and set the cooking temperature; a third input means for rotating a dial to set the cooking finish state and set the cooking time; and a display means for displaying the input information input by the second or third input means, heating conditions and the control condition. The first input means, the second input means, and the third input means are disposed in order from the right side of the operation panel, and the display means is disposed between the first input means and the second input means.
