PURPOSE: A connecting device for a pipe is provided to improve the airtightness of the pipe by firmly keeping the connecting state of the pipes and preventing a water leakage. CONSTITUTION: A connecting device(1) is composed of a body(2) made of synthetic resin and a packing body(9) made of rubber. The body includes a connecting pipe(3) and coupling units(6,7) with which bolts(8) are coupled. Protrusions(4a) are formed at the inner circumference of the connecting pipe. A cut part(5) is formed at one side of the connecting pipe. The coupling units are formed at both sides of the cut part. Grooves(11a,11b) are formed at the outer circumference of the packing body, and are coupled with the protrusions. An elastically supporting unit(10a) is formed at the inner circumference of the packing body. A sealing protrusion(9a) is formed at the inner circumference of the center of the packing body.
