PURPOSE: A rear-screen video system is provided to place a rear screen on a chassis glass located between a living room and a veranda to allow a user to watch images displayed on the rear screen in the living room. CONSTITUTION: A rear-screen video system includes a rear screen(32), a projector(10), and a reflection mirror(20). The rear screen is located between a living room(4) and a veranda(2). The projector is placed behind the rear screen. The reflection mirror is set opposite to the rear screen in the direction in which the projector is placed. A user watches images displayed on the rear screen in the living room. The rear screen is composed of a fine-grained film and a transmission film. The fine-grained film scatters lights projected from the projector. The transmission film transmits the lights scattered by the fine-grained film.
