METHOD FOR FABRICATING SPECTACLES FRAME USING SHAPE MEMORY MEMBER

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a spectacles frame using a shape memory member is provided to reduce the thermal deformation and the fabrication process of the spectacles frame by lowering a reversed transformation temperature. CONSTITUTION: A spectacles frame includes connective members such as a connective bridge(5) formed between spectacles lens frames(1) and a connective tube(4) of a hinge(3) connected to a rim(2). In a method for fabricating the spectacles frame, the connective members are formed with shape memory members. The spectacles frame is fabricated by performing a thermal treatment process for the connective members of shape memory members. The shape memory member is formed with alloy including Ni of 50 to 52 weight percents.
