PURPOSE: The process of manufacturing vibration and sound-proof floorings is provided to form an embossed type air layer between polyethylene forms to clear away noise and vibration. CONSTITUTION: The process of manufacturing vibration and sound-proof floorings is composed of: passing polyethylene gel along a surface embossed roller with numbers of grooves, therefore producing an air capsule(102); attaching a polyethylene sheet(106) to the upper face of an embossed sheet(100) by thermal melting; placing polyethylene gel to the bottom of the embossed sheet and pressing both materials by roller pressure and thermal melting, therefore producing a capsule sheet(105); attaching polyethylene forms(108,110) to the bottom and top of the capsule sheet by thermal melting, consequently sound and vibration proof floors are produced.
