FcϵRI-BEARING HUMAN MAST CELL LINES

Established human mast cell lines are disclosed wherein the cells express a functional FcϵRI receptor. In one embodiment, the cells exhibit stem cell factor (SCF) enhanced cell growth. In another embodiment, the cells express CD64. Methods of using these cells are also described.
