CHILLER OF GASIFIER

摘要

PURPOSE: A chiller of gasifier for discharging cooled production gas and slag by cooling production gas and incombustible constituent of slag produced as proceeding the gasification reaction in the gasifier is provided. CONSTITUTION: The chiller of gasifier(10) comprises a guiding pipe(30) to the lower side of which a cylindrical pipe is connected to cool the production gas and slag by guiding production gas and slag from slag tap(16) into quencher(20) positioned in the lower part of main body(12) of the gasifier(10), inner diameter of the lower part of which is gradually expanded, and in which a plurality of through holes(32) formed on the lower part of the guiding pipe are dipped into cooling water(50); a level gauge(60) for sensing water level of cooling water contained in the quencher; and a control valve(70) for controlling the water level of cooling water measured by the level gauge, wherein the guiding pipe is formed of a stainless steel material, and wherein cooling water inlets(40) for injecting cooling water into spray nozzles(42) are installed at the side part of the guiding pipe.
