The connector, to lock together two elements at an angle to each other, has a housing for a sliding hook. The hook is moved by a control slide through an operating unit, to shift it from a start position into a clamping setting where it grips around the edge of an opening at one element to hang in place. The hook (12) is a one-piece unit with the control slide (13), to be shifted by a setting mechanism (14) linked to the operating unit (15). The setting mechanism is a rotating unit in the housing (2), passing through a holder opening (27) in the control slide, which has at least one edge section (22) with counter teeth (21) for the setting movements.
